Premium DTG printing on the Epson SureColor F1070
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing — the gold standard for full-color, photo-realistic designs on cotton. Our Epson SureColor F1070 lays water-based, OEKO-TEX-certified pigment inks directly into the cotton fibers, producing soft, breathable prints with no heavy plastisol "patch" feeling. Designs survive 50+ wash cycles with proper care.

Is there a minimum order for custom t-shirt printing?
No minimum — order one shirt or a thousand. Per-shirt price doesn't change based on quantity. Bulk pricing kicks in at 25+ shirts.
How fast is custom t-shirt printing in Dallas?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days from our Dallas studio. Local Dallas pickup is also available at checkout — your shirt can be ready the same week you order it.
What's the best file format for custom printing?
A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background gives the best results. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) are ideal for logos and clean line art. JPGs work but won't have a transparent background.
Do you offer family-matching t-shirts?
Yes — this is our specialty. We can print the same design across baby onesies, toddler tees, kids' sizes, and adult sizes XS through 3XL. Every garment runs through the same printer for consistent print quality across the whole family.
Will my custom print fade or crack after washing?
Properly cared for, DTG prints survive 50+ wash cycles. Wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low, and never iron directly on the print. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
What printing method do you use — DTG, DTF, or screen printing?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on an Epson SureColor F1070. DTG produces softer, more detailed prints than screen printing for full-color or photo-realistic designs, and there's no minimum order — making it perfect for one-off custom tees and small batches.
Do you offer custom t-shirt printing in Dallas with local pickup?
Yes — local Dallas customers can choose pickup at checkout (no shipping fee). Our studio is in Dallas, Texas.
Can I order custom t-shirts in bulk for an event or team?

What if my print arrives damaged or wrong?
We hand-inspect every print before shipping. If something's off, email a photo to customerservice@gigiandpopo.com within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund — no hassle.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes — we ship internationally via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and times calculate at checkout based on your destination.
