Print quality & technology

Every shirt is printed on our Epson SureColor F1070 DTG printer using water-based, OEKO-TEX-certified pigment inks. DTG (direct-to-garment) printing lays ink directly into the cotton fibers, producing soft, breathable prints with no heavy plastisol "patch" feeling. Designs survive 50+ wash cycles when cared for correctly (wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low).

No minimum. Order one shirt or a thousand — the per-shirt price doesn't change based on quantity at GIGI & POPO.

How long does it take to get my custom printed t-shirt?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days from our Irving, TX studio. Standard USPS shipping adds 3–5 business days; UPS expedited options are available at checkout.

Can I upload my own design or photo?
Yes — that's the whole point. Upload a JPG, PNG, or transparent PNG (300 DPI recommended) and our design studio will preview it directly on the shirt. We accept photographs, logos, hand-drawn art, and digital illustrations.

What's the highest-quality file format for printing?
A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background gives the best results, especially for designs with text or detailed edges. Vector files (SVG, AI) work great too. JPGs work, but won't have a transparent background.

Do you offer family-matching t-shirts?
Yes — this is one of our specialties. We can print the same design across baby onesies, toddler tees, kids' sizes, and adult sizes XS–3XL. Just order each size separately with the same uploaded design.

Will the print fade or crack after washing?
Properly cared for, our DTG prints survive 50+ wash cycles without significant fading. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low to maximize print life.

What printing method do you use — DTG, DTF, or screen printing?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on our Epson SureColor F1070. DTG produces softer, more detailed prints than screen printing for full-color or photo-realistic designs, with no minimum order required.

Can I order custom t-shirts in bulk for an event or team?

Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes — we ship internationally via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and times calculate at checkout based on your destination.

Do you offer custom t-shirt printing near Dallas with local pickup?
Yes — our studio is in Irving, Texas, minutes from Dallas, Las Colinas, Coppell, and Grand Prairie. DFW customers can choose local pickup at checkout (no shipping fee).

What if my print arrives damaged or wrong?
We hand-inspect every print before it ships. If something's off, email a photo to customerservice@gigiandpopo.com within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund — no hassle.
